Pandora radio is not working properly,they saty I need to upgrade to a newer version of firefox.Very unclear how to do this? fire fox says I do have an old version.I need help in updating it,Why has this been made so difficult?

You are running Firefox 3, which is the previous major release. The current release is Firefox 7. I'm not familiar with your Facebook plugin, so I'm not sure if it's compatible. If it isn't, Firefox will automatically tell you and ask you if you want to check for updates. You can download the Firefox 7 installer by clicking here.

I downloaded the fire fox wizard but it to0ld me I needed to close fire fox in order to keep going How do I do this without closing everything Im doing?

I don't know what the problem is. If you want, open up Help > About Firefox > Check for Updates to see if you are running the latest version.
