Hi Jazzkitty,

To disable Adblock, first open the Add-ons Manager. If you have the orange "Firefox" menu button in your upper left corner, click that and then pick "Add-ons". (If you have a menu bar instead, click the "Tools" menu and then pick "Add-ons".)

In the Add-ons Manager, click the Extensions tab on the left. That will show a list of all extensions you have installed. Find Adblock in the list, and then click the Disable button underneath it. (You may be asked to restart Firefox at this point).

If you change your mind later, you can use the same steps to turn Adblock back on.

Hope that helps, --Jono Xia, Mozilla

Hello Jono,

I tried what you said, but Adblock was not on the list. Do you have any other suggestions?

I appreciate your help.
