Chosen solution

The import is known to fail when 'everything' is selected. Try it with just Mail, but if still doesn't work, consider using and older TB or MailStore Home.

I downloaded TB 17 as suggested. Everything imported. I imported my mail and it went right over. Then I imported my contacts. again no problem. Now the issue. I went to upgrade TB to 78.9.0. nothing came. Back to no mail and no address. So how do I get from 17 to 78?

Launch 78, then Help/Troubleshooting, about:profiles. Is there another profile, besides the current one, that was perhaps created by TB 17, and if so, can you launch it? If you can launch the profile with Outlook data, set it as Default in about:profiles.
