hello,

since last Update in Windows 10 Enterprise to Build 20231.1000 i get a 'Blue Stop Screen', when i try to move the Mouse Cursor to the MenuBar ONLY of Nightly or Firefox.

I have the same Error on Nightly AND Firefox, i have restart the Browsers with disabled Add-Ons, i have reset the Browsers, deinstalled and new installed, i have try it with older Versions, but every time, when i come with the Cursor to the MenuBar, Windows stop.

I Know, that the showed Error 'APC_index_Mismatch win32kfull.sys' is a Windows Error, but this Error comes only with Firefox and Nightly, but on no other Software and Programs. I disabled all not neccessary Services, i start with normal Mode, nothing works. i deinstalled a lot of drivers and next try: no Help, same Error.

Also i tried WaterFox, and funnily, there is NO problem or stopping...

Somebody with same problem, somebody know the answer?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
