Controlling how recently refreshed pages appear in History

If I visit a page that I have previously visited some time ago, it is — as expected — brought to the top of my History (when sorted by "last visited").

However, if I revisit or refresh a page that I had visited only a short time before — say, ten minutes ago — it is not brought to the top of the list.

Presumably there is some parameter that specifies the duration within which Firefox will not update the last visited tag for a previously visited page.

How can I set that parameter to zero so that Firefox will always bring a refreshed page to the top of my History?

Thanks. This has been bothering me for some time.
