I just installed 68.1.2 and all my emails and address book are gone. How do I restore them? I understand there is something called profile manager, but I can't find it. Also, when I go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ there are two listed and one of them is a little over 700 MB, so that has to be the one I want.
TIA

Hi David.
Open "Help > Troubleshooting Information" and click on about:profiles. You can see your profiles there and can manage them.
Does that help?

I have a similar problem. Been having major problems with W10. During a restart W10 started a repair process. Now when I launch Thunderbird my address book contacts are there but all my e-mails and folders and accounts have gone. Am I able to get my e-mails and accounts back? I've tried the above and found 2 profiles that relate to my 2 email accounts. Lots of folders and files. What do I do next?

Have 68.5 after reinstall of complete OS (SUSE Leap 15.1). Now I've lost EVERYTHING - inbox, sent, address books - prior to Jan 17. The profile is there, and the Mail folder is of an appropriate size to suggest that the data is not lost. How do I tell Thunderbird to give me back what is lost?
