Cannot send emails - checked server settings - turned off antivirus - pls help

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 <97-80-122-3.dhcp.oxfr.ma.charter.com[97.80.122.3]>: Client host rejected: Access denied.

Please check the message recipient "[email protected]" and try again.

I've called my email provider. I've looked up articles. No luck.
