I'm using old software; Windows XP. On some videos I get the message; To watch video, download version 10.1 or higher of Flash Player. When I go to the Adobe site & check to see what I'm currently using, it says I'm using flash player version 30.

Hi, yes you are using 30, confused site : use this to remove Flash : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Then reinstall Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.113 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Note : Firefox Support Ends for XP in July.
