Did Mozilla change something to do with it's security since yesterday, 2/1/2018?

I can open almost no websites on the browser without setting an exception to the security certificate. IT doesn't accept an exception to the security on about 50% of websites. Mozilla does not pass the security and I cannot access it. I could access everything fine yesterday. When If i can access a site by either giving a security exception or if it just gets past mozilla's security, IT's only text on the left hand side. For example the page I'm on now is text only. Even when I go into the settings on the certificate exception and tell it to let me load images, it won't. Again, no problems yesterday. I have shut down and reloaded Firefox about 10 times.

I fixed my problem. I wonder why it just started this morning.
