I have been advised to contact you by ITV Hub. I used to be able to view the programmes when using Google Chrome. Unfortunately this got corrupted by a computer virus. It was replaced by Modzilla Firefox. Every time I enter the ITV Hub I get the same message of downloading the updated Adobe Flash Player. Unfortunately I am only get as far as stage 2 out of 3 and it will go no further. I am having the same problem accessing 5 on Demand.

Please can you help me.
