I have a wireless HP 8620 office jet printer. When I print using mozilla as my browser the pages come out with a bend/crease about 2 inches from the top of the page. It's affecting the words being printed. If I print from my iphone it's fine or if I make a copy it's fine. Even if I go to the same web page using Internet explorer, it prints fine. I've tried to reset the printer settings according to Mozilla's help center but it didn't work. Everything is up to date with my browser. Help please.

I also went to HP and down loaded their printer doctor which diagnoses printer problems. Everything is fine with my printer. I even unplugged it and took out the cartridges and all that stuff. It's the weirdest thing that doesn't make any sense to me as to why pages are getting bent in the printer only when I'm on a site using Mozilla.
