I am having an issue when using Firefox to upload files in cPanel and even in WordPress when adding themes or plugins. It will upload small WordPress plugins but I believe the point it starts failing is when the plugin zip file is over 2meg. This is not related to the server as I have checked it plus it works fine in Chrome and IE.

I have refreshed Firefox and cleared all cookies and cache several times.

I think this may have began after upgrading to Windows 10 but not positive.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

It is possible that Anti-Virus software is causing problems. Try to disable Anti-Virus software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks FredMcD, After removing the 2 Adobe pdf plugins it allowed me to start uploading. I had uninstalled Firefox to clear all plugins but they remained. I should have deleted the folders as well. Anyway that solved the issue and I appreciate your help.

Thanks Cor-el as well for your reply. It wasn't the antivirus on my system but that was a good point to check.

That is surprising. My warning was for a possible program conflict.

Well, glad to help. Safe surfing.
