Attachments used to come up in their own window. Suddenly they started being treated like a downloaded file and there was an arrow on the toolbar. I did not like this method of viewing attachments so I deleted the arrow. Now the attachments go directly to my download file and I have to go there to read the file. How do I get back to my original way of viewing attachments?

Chosen solution

  1. Click the menu button (New Fx Menu) and choose Customize.
  2. Click "Restore Default"
  3. Click the menu button again to exit
  4. Now you should see the arrow again

To open the attachments, click on the arrow then the name of the file. Or click on the arrow, then "Show All Downloads"

I don't think there is a setting to open downloads in a new window as it was before.
