Why can't I download Flash to play my games on Firefox???

It says it's downloading but then it says to do it manually. That doesn't work either because it won't finish. Flash works on IE but not Firefox.

I am sorry to hear that Flash is not downloading. IF you have a firewall or an antivirus, please make sure that is allows Firefox to download.

It may be necessary to install it one more time from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, but if this continues to be an issue, please also contact adobe support.
