When I send group emails in the BCC field, the email addresses are no longer being kept hidden. Why?
I have been using Thunderbird for many years. I have different groups of people I send emails out to and usually when I enter those groups into a BCC field and send the email, the recipients remain hidden from each other. However recently this feature is not working. Can anyone help?

BCC functionality has not changed in decades. Are you sure you added the list to the BCC field?
Yes. I've been doing the same thing for years and this has just started happening in the last few weeks. When I check the sent email the it says
to: bcc (recipients email address) for each recipient .
is this only on one mail server perhaps. are you including yourself in the mail to see what the others are seeing?
Hi, I've just included myself. I've checked the email and I can see everybody else's email address too.
When I check the sent email
You do see the actual recipients in your copy of the sent message in the local Sent folder.
You'll need to check the message you receive assuming you've BCC'ed yourself.
Why can,t I send group emails as of Sept 2???? I have been sending them as recent yesterday and now today none!! Idiots on the latest update have wrecked many ,many hours in months and months of name-- address-- phone -- to hundreds of people and now can,t send any group emails...
