Firefox continously crashes when I try to open it; I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling different version and none of them work. I can't even open it up in Safe mode for Windows and Firefox.

Are you saying Firefox does not Crashes when you start Firefox in -> Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode ??

Check and tell if its working.
