On my email, my delete boxes that I check to delete old emails have become doted lines and I can no longer check so many at one time to delete

I have a local internet provider and when I log onto my account thru Firefox there use to be a square box to the left side of the email that I could check to delete how ever many I wanted to on that page at the same time. Now those boxes have become little dots and you can't check them to delete them. The boxes are still there when I log on thru Google chrome. Please let me know what to do. Thanks, Daryl

Some of your Firefox Plugins are out-dated

  • Update All your Firefox Plugins -> https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
  • When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)

I tried but it didn't help. If I watch closely when I sign into my email the boxes show for a quick second and then go to dots

-> Have you updated all your Firefox Plugins as mentioned in my previous reply ??

-> Do the buttons appear normal when you start Firefox in -> Safe mode ??

Thank you for still trying to help me. I tried it in safe mode and I still end upwith the dots. I also updated all my plugins. Sometimes when I first open my email the little boxes appear for a second and then go back to dots.

Have you asked about this problem from the Email website's Technical Support ?? Maybe they need to update their code so that the website remains Compatible with Firefox 10 (and later versions)...

I did contact the email provider and they told me it was in my computer. I have a dell xps laptop and I noticed it has the boxes on that computer using firefox which now tells me it is on my dell desktop computer.
