Our system is very slow, freezing up then proceeds. System mechanic will analyze overall system and show problems. Upon clicking "repair all" and pop up shows Error script with a URL address and asks, do you want to continue running this script? No matter if it is yes or no, which we do not know what it is anyway, will not proceed when we click repair all. This error script continues to pop up. The URL is res:11C%3A%5CProgram%20Files%5Ciolo%5CSystem%20Mechanic%20Professional%5Csmhtml.dll/OVERVIEW.HTM

Remove Firefox from the list of applications in System Mechanic settings.

so we don't need Firefox included when running a system mechanic analysis? By removing Firefox from apps in system mechanic, Firefox will still be our link to the internet? Thank you

Your Java plugin is quite older. You need to update it.

When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)

-> Update All your Firefox Plugins

Check and tell if its working.
