Can you post a link?

Does the message tell what in particular is wrong?

You can check the certificate chain for missing intermediate certificates.

In 4.0, the site I am attempting to log in to, does not detect the security cert, as it does detect in 3.6.17. The error message indicates the site does not see the cert. In 4.0 settings, I can see the cert and it is the same as the previous version.

I can't provide a link as it is the FX trading site for an investment bank and there are two logins required before I get the this process.
