Cannot Forward Emails
I cannot forward emails. I get the following error message: "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Error sending message for delivery.. Please check the message and try again." This started just recently the past month.

Check your Smtp settings. Put in the right fields.
Your server name .
Server type: xxxxx Server name: xxxxx Security connection: SSL/TLS Authentication method: normal password
Do you have security internet setting that are oke? Also for the vpn connections.
Check if these setting are oké ?
If you are not Shure about this then use the safe modus method for thunderbird to disable all your security settings it could be a setting in these software s you re using.

The problem still is with me. I cannot forward emails to a large number of emails (greater than 1). Here is a screen shot of the outgoing server. Thank you for the assistance. Robert.
The image looks like it may have been taken using a phone. It is also sideways and I'm sure you would not have saved a jpg image on it's side. For future reference: When you create images, create a screen dump - use 'Prt Scr' key. Then open a simple image program like 'Paint'. Use 'Ctrl+V to paste into Paint then save as jpg file. Then upload the saved jpg file.
re : I cannot forward emails to a large number of emails (greater than 1).
OK you can Forward' an email, but only to one recipient. So forwarding in itself works.
When you add more recipients how are you doing this ? Are the several email addresses added to a TO field? Are the several addresses added to a Bcc field? - if yes, do you also put one email address in the TO field?
Explain a bit more on what you are doing?
Please note recipients of a Blind Carbon Copy do not see their email address, they are getting a copy of whatever is sent to TO. Many servers will not allow only using the Bcc field as this is a tactic often used by spammers.
Servers also get funny about insecure ports, but I see you are using a secure method.
