I'm TRYING to get my Razer Phone 2 OFF MY FIREFOX ACCOUNT, & replace it with my new OnePlus 8T! Same phone # with MetroPCS, same everything... Firefox, Google, Gmail, Lookout, are all acting like I'm some alien, here to destroy the Earth! Jesus Christ, people! My Razer quit working, I'm trying to [removed] the Razer, & replace it with my new OnePlus 8T- same me, same accounts, same everything! I've NEVER had this kind of aggravation in my entire life! Now, I can't get back into my accounts, I've possibly lost 15 years of CRUCIAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, EXPERT EVIDENCE, FROM FIGHTING AN ONGOING ILLEGAL WORKER'S COMP CASE, WHICH WAS SETTLED IN 2007, IN MY FAVOR, YET I'M STILL NOT GETTING MY BENEFIT MONEY, MEDICAL CARE, SURGERIES TO ALLOW ME TO EALK AGAIN, I'M BEDBOUND, IN AN IN-LAW COTTAGE, IN THE SUPPOSED GREATEST COUNTRY ON EARTH, & WHY? BECAUSE I HAD TO REPLACE A [removed] SMARTPHONE THAT NO LONGER WORKS, & I'VE REPLACED IT WITH A NEW SMARTPHONE!

WHAT THE HELL IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND??!! Now, I can't access my accounts,(Lookout has finally got the picture, took the Razer off my main account, which I've had since 2011, & replaced the Razer with the OnePlus! It's NOT rocket science, people! I use the Gmail address/username/password on this ZTE Axon 7, on the Razer, the Nexus 6 before the Razer, & 4 or 5 other phones, before ALL of these- the Razer quit working, take the Razer off, put the OnePlus 8T in it's place, & give me back MY INFO THAT GOES BACK TO @ LEAST 2013!! THAT'S ALL!! WHAT'S NOT TO UNDERSTAND??!! I CAN'T EVEN USE THE 8T TO PAY MY BILLS, OR RENT RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE GOOGLE & FIREFOX CAN'T TAKE 1 PHONE OFF MY ACCOUNTS, & PUT ANOTHER PHONE IN IT'S PLACE!!?? CAN YOU SAY ADA DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT?? I'M CALLING THE JUSTICE DEPT. IN WASHINGTON, DC, TO BEGIN THE PAPERWORK! YOU'RE IDIOTS!!

If you go to https://accounts.firefox.com, sign into your account, select Connected Services and you will be able to sign out any device or service you wish from your Firefox Account.

I tried doing that all day yesterday, but I couldn't get into my saved logins, for "[email address]", otherwise this wouldn't be happening!I have TBI! MY MEMORY DOESN'T WORK! THE MORE I GUESSED WHAT MY LOGIN IS, THE WORSE THIS GOT! IF I USE "FORGOT PASSWORD" IT SAYS " I COULD LOSE BOOKMARKS, CONTACTS, ETC"... I WILL NOT TAKE THAT CHANCE! THAT INFO IS WHAT I HAVE TO GET MY DISABILITY BENEFITS, WHICH I'M NOT RECEIVING! YOU CAN PLUG MY ONEPLUS 8T IN, TAKE RAZER OUT, @ THE USERNAME/PASSWORD , JUST AS YOU DID WITH THE RAZER! THE EMAIL/PASSWORD WILL BE SAME, REMOVE "Ron's Razer Phone 2", insert "Ron's OnePlus 8T", as name, so when I touch email/username, that & password automatically loads both boxes, as it's done for past 2+ years, problem solved! Firefox & Google took away my saved logins, not me! Damn!

If you have your bookmarks and user credentials saved on a device, it will not be a problem if you lose the copy in transit in Firefox Sync. Sync is not designed to be an online backup.

I'm TILL having a problem- maybe I'm not explaining this correctly, (which is very possible, I have Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD from a work injury injury years back, I can easily go off course describing a problem that's EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, & this is thay type of situation).... 1) I have 2 separate phones, with 2 separate Gmail Accts/Addresses. Each of these have a SEPERATE Firefox Account, with it's own saved bookmarks, that's my concern- I cannot lose bookmarks saved on either of these phones, because the same bookmarks ARE NOT SAVED ON BOTH PHONES, OK? The reason is I receive Google Alerts on both phones, but these Alerts aren't received on same day sometimes, or I may not open the article in Firefox to read the article, then decide to save an article, if I've previously read/ saved the same info already. These saved articles come from newspapers, medical journals, hospitals & clinics, court cases, disability organizations, from the U.S., & around the world. But, they all do involve TBI, PTSD, Worker's Comp, Medical care for the injuries I've suffered, surgeries I need to walk again, disputes between insurance companies & Dr's, injured workers, on & on, ok? 2) I used the saved info/bookmark to "win" my Worker's Comp case, to prove my injury, how severe it was, in order to receive the lifetime care I'm supposed to get, but am not receiving! I NEED the info saved on both phones, to show how I'm being improperly denied treatment or surgeries to walk again, to have caregiver services, as my settlement states I'm supposed to be getting. 3) I had to replace 1 of my phone's, because it no longer worked! When I replaced the broken phone, with a new one, Google & Firefox saw the new phone as some unrelated device/person, (I guess), & now I've ended up with the same Google/Gmail account on both of my phone's, & all the saved bookmarks from my other separate email address, has now disappeared! Yet, I still receive the Google Alerts on both email addresses, on the existing phone, AND the new phone that replaced the broken one! I have separate phone #'s on each phone, & can call/receive calls on both phones! The main problem is, no one from Google or Firefox will call me, or let me call them, so I can talk to a person, instead of using only emails/texts/or automated systems, to discuss this! This is causing me major problems! I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS PROBLEM STAY AS IT IS! EVEN IF I CAUSED SOME OF THIS, SO HAS FIREFOX, & GOOGLE! Take some time, TALK to me, so this can be dealt with, so I can deal with my other issues, like getting my benefits, as I should, get a caregiver to help me @ home, & get my life back! Your bookmarks are not stored in Firefox Sync.

If you sign into your current live account on the other devices, Firefox Sync will amalgamate the bookmarks stored on those other devices into one set on your current live device.

Why aren't understanding what I'm trying to tell you??!! I DO NOT WANT BOOKMARKS FROM MY PHONES SYNCED TOGETHER! I WANT THEM SEPARATE! My 2 Gmail accts are: -> [email address] -> [email address] Each phone has a separate Firefox password to log-in with! My new phone is using ... @gmail.com. BUT, after swapping the SIM card from my broken phone to the new phone, MetroPCS system somehow didn't transfer everything from old phone to new phone, Firefox was one app that didn't transfer, Lookout Security was another, there were several others! Now, I have no way to go into old phone & pull up Firefox, in order to open it's settings, go to saved passwords/log-ins, & retrieve my password used to sign in to Firefox, using [email address], & it's Firefox password! Reason why is, that old phone no longer has a SIM card in it, which is needed to connect to the internet! If I could do that, we wouldn't be talking! My tbiguy82000 bookmarks are now not there either! When I contacted Firefox,(YOU), you assumed I wanted all the data from [email address] synced to/with tbiguy82000! I DO NOT WANT THAT! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?? WHAT I'VE ENDED UP WITH NOW IS THE [email address] Firefox account on BOTH OF MY PHONES! WHEN I OPEN FIREFOX ON [email address], go to Firefox settings, it shows [email address] as the account, with tbiman2000's saved passwords/log-ins, tbiman2000's bookmarks, & now I can't sign into tbiguy82000, because it says username & password don't match! If I use the "I forgot my password" function, I'll lose all my tbiguy82000 data, bookmarks, saved log-ins! YOUR INFO STATES THAT IN PLAIN ENGLISH! -> I DO NOT, I REPEAT- DO NOT WANT TO LOSE TBIGUY82000'S DATA, LOG-INS, OR BOOKMARKS! I DON'T WANT TO SYNC INFO FROM BOTH PHONES TOGETHER! I WANT WHAT IS ON TBIMAN2000 STAY THERE, & I WANT MY TBIGUY82000 FIREFOX ACCOUNT RESTORED, WITH ITS DATA, LOG-INS, & BOOKMARKS INTACT! I am trying to help and appreciate your position, but please do not shout.

Transferring SIM cards will not transfer apps between devices.

Your bookmarks with Firefox are not saved online to be able to access them.

If you are able to access the device and connect it to the web, you may be able to transfer the bookmarks, either by copying, pasting and emailing them off the device or by using Firefox Sync to transfer them to another copy of Firefox.

I am going to go through your posts above to remove your email addresses for your privacy and security.
