since the latest update in 10/14 , firefox started to give me some hard time. crushes suddenly without opening tabs I did "refresh" without any results. then "uninstall" and "re-install" and there is nothing I submitted many reports to Mozilla but nothing in return.

more over .. since the 42 firefox update also, I begun facing Blue screen messages and the system restarts. I am using win8.1 so either blue screen or firefox crashes!!! can you give me a solution?

Hi, I am suspicious of your extension 'Hide My IP 9.0.4' so try temporarily disabling it.

If that doesn't help, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

thank you for your concern

as I have written before: "I did "refresh" without any results. then "uninstall" and "re-install" and there is nothing I submitted many reports to Mozilla but nothing in return. "

I uninstalled the hide ip .. Im sure it doesn't matter. I added it just yesterday after the last installation attempt, before that it was not there!

the problem started exactly after the update of 42.0 on 10/14/2015 I submitted about 15 reports, but there are about 40 or 50 crashes from that time.
