I have received the same email from Groupon since 5.32 and it still keeps arriving even though I keep deleting it
I have rceived the same email from groupon since 5.32 this morning and no others on 2 email adresses. Obviously this email is somehow blocking all others

Go to your email providers web mail site and log into your account. Delete the problem email there.
