First, you need an add-on that provides a replacement add-on bar. If you already have either Classic Theme Restorer, Status-4-Evar, The Addon Bar (Restored) or The Puzzle Piece, then you're all set. Otherwise, install The Addon Bar (Restored):

Afterwards, install the latest version of Forecastfox Weather (currently 2.2.4) from the add-on's homepage.

I tried Your Solution and it didn't work? I still don't have My Weather Addon in the lower Right Hand corner? Frustrated!!!!!

I know it worked for a minute for me now its gone. This version of Firefox is a lot like Internet Explorer they way it freezes up and crashes every second. I really liked that forecast on my browser.
