Can I download an older version of Internet Explorer?
I need to file my unemployment and it only accepts an older version of Internet Explorer. Our house doesn't have any Internet due to the ice storm so I'm trying file it using my phone.

You cannot run IE on your Android phone if that is what you are asking for.
A option you could try is the Phony extension on the mobile Firefox. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/phony/
