Hi, I have a website that is related to medical inventory management services. I am facing an issue on my chrome browser that when I open my website on Firefox browser it takes 2-3 minutes to load, while I open it on chrome browser and it loads within few seconds. I don't know why it happens. I am using the Firefox browser for 2 years and I don't face this type of issue before. Do I need to clear the browser cache? Or need to update the browser as I am running an old version of Firefox. Support help needed, Thanks!

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

You can check the Timings in the the Network Monitor to see how long it takes to load content and what content takes very long to arrive.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
