Do you mean in Google results? Google allows exclusion by adding '''-site:amazon''.''com''' to your query. This only affects "organic" results from the web, and not the paid placements in the Shopping results. Of course, that is a bit of a hassle to type. On Firefox for Windows/Mac/Linux, there are add-ons you can use to hide results from certain sites, but I don't think there is such an add-on for mobile. One option would be to create a custom search engine in Firefox for Android.
