E-mails (live.com) stay in "Load" mode and will not open - Please help
Hi,
I noticed that after most Microsoft updates (which are too many and very annoying), I cannot open my "live.com" e-mails within FireFox. The e-mails remain stuck on "Load" and just will not open. This has happened before and there was no solution apparently. The last time it happened, the system reset itself (not sure when, or how) but it took several months for this to happen.
Is this a common issue and is there an 'easy' solution? My version of FireFox is up to date and I have not tweaked any of the privacy or security options. Interestingly, I noticed that I can open my e-mails using Microsoft Edge, but not using FireFox.
Thank you in advance! I am sure this will happen again and I'd like to find out if there is a solution that I can resort to next time this happens (assuming of course that the issue is related to the same cause).

As shown in the pic, i can log in to Outlook via FF. And it worked pretty fast too.
So what I think may be occurring is that some kind of security application is causing the issue.
Do you have/run none microsoft anti-virus and anti-malwares? Do you also have add ons installed in the FF browser?
The first step i would try is to launch FF in a clean mode and also Windows in a clean mode, then see if the problem is resolved. If it does, then the cause of the issue was something that is none FF and none Windows was running
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

You can try these steps in case of issues with webpages:
You can reload webpage(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"
"Clear the Cache":
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
