Bloomberg.com quotes render a lot different than in other browsers
I'm running 59.0.3 (64-bits) on Windows 10. For example, this site: https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/SMIXVIA:AR looks completely different on Firefox than every other browser I've tried: Edge (on the same windows 10), IE (same machine) and Safari (both Mac and iOS) I've tried it in Safe Mode to make sure it's not an add-on issue and it still looks differently. I'm attaching screenshots from Edge and Firefox, both with Flash disabled. The one with the big chart in the middle is the good one (from Edge) the other one is from Firefox. I'm not sure if it's a CSS rendering issue or if for some reson the site shows different content to firefox (tried useragent override but it changed nothing).

HI, are those different page/s ? When I go I get the one on the left.
Try and empty your cache and delete your cookies for the site. Then reload.
The 1st time was in Private Browsing and got the left, just went again in a normal window and got the right one.
Looking at the HTML code they are 2 different pages and they are not being rendered differently.
So you say that for some unknown reason the site is feeding different content? This doesn't happen with Firefox ESR (version 52.7.3 64bit on mac)

When I use Edge : I get the page that is shown in your left screenshot.
When I use Firefox I get the the page that is shown in the other screenshot.
Same URL, two different pages - the page that Firefox loads gives way more information.
I'm stumped .......

Firefox ESR (older, not-quantum) shows the same page as Edge. Not sure what changed between pre-quantum and quantum that could be making the web page show different stuff

I have absolutely no idea, but the key question is : which do you prefer - the page that's rendered by Edge, or the page (with way more information) that's rendered by Firefox ?

I prefer the functional one. The one that I get in Firefox Quantum has issues, for example, clicking the "view full chart" option doesn't work. Anyway, it may not be firefox fault. I've sent feedback to bloomberg about this issue, hopefully they'll respond in a few days. Also, I don't think it has more information, it's just displayed differently.

Well, then I'm seeing things that aren't there ......
'Hope you'll hear from Bloomberg - keep us posted, will you ?

That doesn't even begin to answer your question .....
'Bet you're not pleased (euphemism).
'Had some time to think about it ....
"We are releasing new market data pages little by little."
It could explain why both browsers render the pages differently ......
I guess it's not a firefox issue that the server decides to provide different content.
