Error Message
When I open my Mozilla Thunderbird, I receive this error message:
Server [email protected] has disconnected. The server may have gone done or there is a network problem.
My emails are gone and I can no longer receive/view my emails. We contacted our phone company to make sure this was not a internet connection problem and it is not.

I figured this problem out on my own. Your technical support response was of no help to me. I gave you an error message which resulted in changing my server option not a web forum. Your tech Christ1 did not resolve my problem nor answer my question appropriately.
