Two add-ons:
Signature Switch
Clippings, or a possible alternative is QuickText.
Arguably, Clippings (or QuickText) can also be used to paste ready-made signatures.
And Thunderbird has templates, or if you need something more sophisticated, look at the Stationery add-on.
