Can't remove the add-on named Freeven Pro 0.94.14 which connect to ads

I have tried to disable and remove this add-on many times. But after a day or two, it comes back to my Firefox. It connects to ads "on text" on newspaper, my university website, everywhere. It is so uncomfortable. Pls show me how to remove it. Thank you very much.
