After update firefox to lastest version -no-remote feature didn't work anymore. I use 2 profile for surfing. If i start one profile and start other, firefox said: "Close firefox, firefox already running but not responding. To open a new windows you must first close the exist process, or restart your systems."

What is the exact command line that you use for both profiles?

You can also get that error if a profile with the specified profile name doesn't exist.
You can try to start via the Profile Manager (-no-remote -P) to see if it works if you select the profile.

i use both: -P "profilename" -no-remote and -p "profilename" -no-remote. I had create profilename already, and start firefox from shortcut: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P "profilename" -no-remote
