The fonts in Firefox (toolbar, menus, NOT web pages) are really small

I installed Firefox 10.0 in my laptop a DELL with Windows 7 and all the characters are really small. I was able to increase the minimum character for the web pages but I am not capable of doing it for the menu, address bar, etc...
