problems with msn hotmail

Using Firefox, I open msn. I then go to hot mail. Hot mail opens, I can use password and go to inbox, I can even click on things bus nothing happens. One the bottom of the screen is http://col101.mail.live.com/mail/#. Then it says stopped, themn Done.

suggest you close firefox, and use explorer to access hotmail account.
