Where can I find Firefox profile Directory

I am using fasthosts sitebuilder soft ware which has a paste from word button but could never get it to work, to day I had a pop up telling me to find the profile directory to set this action. under setting Preffs for Mozilla Rich Text, but I can not find this file to do so .I have Firefox 3.6. Can you tell me where to find please.
