Is there a way to restore windows and/or tabs that were accidentally deleted?

I use Firefox for multiple objectives. Progress in each objective is maintained in one Firefox window with multiple related tabs. These windows are retained until I have satisfied the objective for that window. For example, one window contains tabs related to traffic, news, and weather. Since I need this information everyday this window is never deleted.

Someone managed to close all the windows without saving them.

Anything under History > Recently Closed Windows?

You can look at Session Manager: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/2324
