Dear Sir, I am not sure whether Firefox v57 causes my BSOD crash but after installing v57 I have repeatedly a BSOD crash. I read in your forum an article that v57 can create a BSOD. (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1187845#answer-1035912) I have already disabled hardware acceleration and WebGL and have also updated my graphic driver. I have also tried to upload the dump file 120617-26504-01.dmp here but it seems that it doesn't worked. I don't know how I can open the dump file. Hope you have some ideas what is going on with my computer. Thank you really very much.

You can inspect the Windows Event log to see if this provides more detail.

Try the 32-bit Firefox version to see if that works better.
