To the Admins

Disregard they did finally come through but took 30+ minutes to arrive that part you might want to check into as it should be automatic not 30 minutes later

I updated my email and I know I typed it correctly but I am not getting the confirmation email as of yet. It's been at least 5-10 minutes and typically being these are automated they come pretty quick but nothing and I have double checked my spam folders on google so I know it isn't caught there it just isn't arriving so I can complete my email change.

Thanks Dave

Resolved for me yes but fact is it should be automatic and not take 30 minutes for a user to get the mail. People needing to reset their log in details want to do it when they are here not 30 minutes later when they might be at work or school or what have you so that part as noah_sumo said needs to be checked into my the web team as to what is holding up mail delivery.

Otherwise for me resolved.

Hi there,

I guess we can assume this issue is resolved, since the email came through eventually?
