Non ASCII character warning when there are not any

where is the non ascii character in the address shown? I get this when i try to email from Thunderbird 45 on win 7 64 bit

Is the final period/fullstop after the ie ("…coco.ie.") part of the address or just the way it's displayed in the error message?

just the way it is displayed in the error. There is no final period when i use in Thunderbird

I just successfully sent a test e-mail to that address with no problem.

The only thing I can suggest is to try again.
