How do I hide the folders "Bookmarks Toolbar", "Bookmarks Menu" and "Other Bookmarks" in the bookmark sidebar?

In FF <48 I could just use the addon "Sidebar Bookmark Selector", but now (FF48) it is broken (sidebar is completely white, if one or more folders are hidden).

Is there some userChrome.css code to fix this quickly? :)

My reason is that I only use the "Bookmarks Menu" folder from the sidebar, so the three entries take space away vertically and even horizontally (because of the small folder arrows left of the folder name).
