I have recently installed Firefox on my laptop and my phone and when I go on my phone I can see my laptop's recent tabs synchronised but when I go onto my laptop I cannot find my phone's recent/open tabs nor it's history. Going onto about:sync-log it shows two sync efforts, both with error-sync at the beginning of the log names, what am I doing wrong to stop my phone from syncing to my laptop when my laptop syncs to my phone fine?

Chosen solution

Kat, do the tabs show up in the History > Tabs from Other Devices menu or in that tab about:sync-tabs ? If not, try toggle a sync by pressing the Sync Button on the hamburger menu or Tools > Sync Now.

If you see errors, it is possible to further investigate if you share the log files with a pastbin.mozilla.org link. Copy the contents of the error file into a pastebin and hit submit. Copy the new url and enter it into a response.
