How do you start the pins after you turn it off?
When I open a new tab how do I turn on pins after one turns them off. I like to restore what I have messed up. My friends are correct I should never be left alone with a computer.

Are you talking about pinned tabs? If so right click the tab you want to pin and click the "Pin tab" option.
