Can't access Wikipedia and other sites. Mostly when I click on links from facebook and twitter. And can't access wiki at all. Tried restarting the pc, uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting firefox. Nothing works.

Hi ifaz29, It looks like the troubleshooting information provided was from the device you reported the issue. Can you please copy the troubleshooting information on the about:support page of the affected installation. This will tell if there are any add ons that might be affecting your browsing. However to skip this step you may also be able to try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to make sure that it is not an add on affecting what sites are displayed. Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

In order to make sure that it is not the cache you can bypass the cache when you reload the page with these instructions: Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:

  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.

OR

  • Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)
