How to change reaction (ex. Downloading a file by firefox to an external download manager) on clicking downloadable files?

I choosed to download a rar file by default with firefox. Now I came to realize that an external download manager may be often helpful. Please inform me how to change that setting.

Hey, There is a play store app download manager but there is also a [about:downloads] page you can click on for seeing all the downloads from Firefox.
