I tried to open my foxfire internet connection as usual. An error message came up and said: "Unable to connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.msn.com. 1. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few minutes. 2. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. 3. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to

    access the Web.

I have had Firefox on my computer since I have had it. I have never had this problem before. I checked all the above things. I am contacting you thru Internet Explore which is not my default site. Please help me restore my original Firefox.

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
