How do I disable the hold + tap next tab gesture? I keep accidentally switching tabs while typing

more options

I don't have any tab gesture add-on's installed, and yet I can hold either side of the trackpad with one finger and tap the opposing side to navigate forward or backward between tabs. I want to turn this off, as it keeps happening accidentally while typing.

You can check the gesture prefs on the about:config page (Search: gesture) and set the action of tab related prefs to an empty value with a double-click or via the right-click context menu (Modify).

You can open the about:config page via the location bar and you can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

Yes I went to the config page but couldn't seem to find any gesture responsible for next tab. I turned many of them off, still having the same issue
