Restoring "Cookie Monster" extension data from old profile

For whatever reason, FF was crashing my entire computer within a minute of opening FF, each and every time. Didn't matter if it was in safe mode, acceleration disabled, or any of that. But creating a new profile solved the issue.

So now I am selectively restoring key parts from my old profile, and this is where I need assistance.

I used to have the "Cookie Monster 1.1.0" extension. (In fact, it's this extension that keeps me married to FF.) Anyway, I've restored my cookies, and reinstalled the extension, but I'm wondering if there's a way to restore the Cookie Monster permissions I had saved from my old profile, instead of having to re-select them for each web page I visit. Right now, Cookie Monster is defaulting to cookie blocking on each page, even though I'd set it to allow certain pages to set cookies in the old profile. Hopefully my question makes sense?

Thanks! Windows 7 FF 28.0

Did you try to copy (restore) the permissions.sqlite file that stores cookie permissions for the built-in Cookie Manager?

I did not. Wasn't sure to look for a permissions file or an extension files. Will give it a try! Thank you.

Unrelated, but interesting: I've narrowed down the file in the old profile that had been crashing my computer. It's the places.sqlite file. Computer crashed when trying to copy that file, so I presume it's the guilty party.
