Get a pop-up survey seemingly from FF, is this genuine?
This morning [2013-May29 GMT] when I stared up FF (Mac OSX), a pop-up crept up from the bottom edge of the browser saying 'you've selected for a 2-minute survey. Would you like to contribute?' etc. When I clicked [OK], I was diverted to something like 'SUMO survey' page asking to enter an email address. When I entered my email address I was diverted to FF support page and nothing else happened. I checked my Inbox (& Spam) and there's nothing related to FF survey with matching time stamp. Was this pop-up a malware? Have anyone had the same/similar pop-up seemingly an official FF survey recently? Could anyone confirm this was a genuine or not? Thanks for your help.

I visited here a couple of days back, said yes to asnwering a survey....
Today, I got this email, it landed in my spam folder and rightly so,
How am I supposed to differentiate this from a phishing attempt?
Or is it a phishing attempt?
Not very clever is it, giving god knows what details to some complete stranger on the internet.

PS. I recommend that if anyone gets an email asking for information, they simply delete it immediately, the from part of the email can easily be faked - DO NOT EVER TRUST EMAILS OR THE LINKS IN THEM.
