Two weeks back, Firefox stopped loading. I would click on the icon, it would brin up firefox, but within 20 seconds, Firefox would stop responding. Safe mode had the exact same problem. Turning off all addons didnt work, uninstalling Firefox completely didnt work. Reinstalling completly fresh without and bookmarks or anything, doesnt work. I even tried installing the Beta "Aurora", and it has the exact same problem. All windows updates are up to date, shouldnt be any problems with any drivers. Really want to use Firefox, but at the moment im bearing with internet explorer

What version are you using? Try installing this version Mozilla , but remember that the program must be uninstalled completely, so look for an uninstaller to perform the uninstall for you, I recommend Revo Unistaller (Revo ) . If the problem persists again, can respond back to the topic.

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Did the crash reporter ever come up?

Im using the most recent Mozilla, which I uninstalled correctly and tried the Mozilla Beta, but still does it.

I do not get crash reports for some reason. I will look in those spots and see if I can get an answer, but will be a few days. Thank you for the responses.
